Troubleshooting

The video won't play - what's wrong?

Since VendorDemo uses Adobe Flash Player to stream its videos, it may be necessary to download and install the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

To do this, just follow the instructions found here.

If that doesn't work, you can try including VendorDemo.com as a trusted website or also try temporarily disabling your popup blockers which usually appears at the top of the screen.

Can I watch VendorDemo videos with a Dial-Up connection?

Although VendorDemo recommends a faster connection for watching videos, it is still possible to watch videos on VendorDemo with a 56K connection. However, a slower connection means a slower download and a longer wait time.

To ensure the best viewing experience, this may require you to start the video and then pause to allow the video to buffer before watching the video.

Why can't I hear the audio when I'm watching a video?

If you cannot hear audio while watching videos, try the following:

  • Adjust your speaker volume and the computer volume.
  • Adjust the volume on the video player by adjusting the volume control located in the bottom right corner on VendorDemo.

If that doesn't work, try going into your sound and audio device controls located in the control panel to adjust the device volume and also to ensure that your device isn't muted.
